Gracious me, heavens-to-betsy, and gee wiz. It HAS been a long time since I've written anything new. Isn't it annoying when some obscure person updates their blog after 13 months, and then says things like - "Gracious me, heavens-to-betsy, and gee wiz. It HAS been a long time since I've written anything new"?
Yeah.
So - in order to assist you in ketchingup on all things Sayruh - I'll do a trademark bullet post, and will offer more details as needed. Mmmk?
- Let's start at the very beginning.
- A very good place to staaaaah-rt.
- The beach was fantastic
- waves are cool
- sand in ye ole crotch?
- Not so much.
- Well, I suppose it depends on the crotch.
- Rather, who the crotch belongs to.
- Rather.... well.
- I'll stop now.
- *whispers: the eyes are the groin of the head.*

- My closet collapsed.
- YES.
- COLLAPSED.
- And it sucked really hard.
- My room is still in chaos as a result....
- which is due in part to the fact that I'm never home...
- and I'm lazy....
- and I kinda don't care.
- So....
- Halloween was an interesting night.
- Stayed home.
- Ordered pizza.
- And watched this REALLY horrible movie.
- No really - it was awful.
- DISGUSTING.
- VILE.
- And another ALL CAPS OFFENSIVE ADJECTIVE.
- I won't even tell you the name of the movie...
- lest you be TEMPTED to rent the movie yourself
- to see if it really is as grotesque as I deemed it to be.
- *shudders*
- Consequently, I now pass the hours at home...
- ...watching movies.
- And staring at the wall.
- Don't judge me.
- I did a Trash The Dress photo-shoot with Melysa!!!!
- Now, THAT was fun.
- Got some great shots...
- ...and learned a lot about myself as a photographer.
- Things like...
- I do have a good eye.
- I'm a sucky director.
- BUT I'M GETTING BETTER!
- The more I do, the better I'll get.
- If anyone is local and wants to do a shoot....
- Holla.
- I have NO IDEA where all of my winter clothes are.
- Which sucks monkey toes, because it's cold here in good ole North Cakalacky.
- Canadians: Shush.
- I know y'all have had sub-freezing temps and snow since September
- but this is the South.
- And while 43* may be shorts and flip-flop weather for Y'ALL...
- ...that is enough to make this white girl wear a SCARF.
- And that ain't no lie.
- I was always chosen last for kick-ball
- and I don't know why.
- You see, people always underestimate the fat girl.
- I'm an EXCELLENT sprinter.
- Not good over long distances....
- ...but I can SMOKE you to second base.
- Even falling isn't an issue....
- ...because as a plus-sized la-day,
- I've learned the fine art of the "tuck-and-roll".
- I'm very agile.
- *points sausage finger*
- So, take THAT Greg Hansen.
- Still making little first grade girls cry on the playground?
- Jerk.
- (I digress)
- My mom and sisters are moving to VA...
- so most of my weekends have been spent with them in some capacity.
- I'm going to a BARN DANCE this Saturday night.
- It should be fun!!!
- I'm also an excellent DANCER, Hansen.
- Jerk.
- I need a new denim jacket,
- and possibly cow girl boots.
- *note to self*
- So, I still haven't repaired my laptop.
- Sucketh.
- I hope to have that situation rectified by the end of the week.
- Rectified.
- Rectum.
- *giggles* That never gets old.
- In the meantime, I have limited internet access here at home.
- Mandie has been gracious enough to let me check my email
- and do various/sundry internettie things in the interim.
- Consequently, my internet availability at work has been all but completely inhibited.
- Not to be confused with inhabited...
- ... because, let's face it - that would just be confusing.
- (is anyone still reading this?)
- Point being: I'm very rarely online anymore.
- So forgive my lack of blog posts
- and email replies.
- I know y'all love me anyway.

- I can no longer feel my right leg.
- So, that's my cue.
- Going to bed now.
I love you all like spaghetti loves my mouth.
That's a love that just never dies, and is very tasty.

ooh, do you know what virginia is closer to than nc?!? that's right, OHIO!! :) someday we will play in the same vicinity. <3
